Ingredients for one person:
50g Buttermilk
100g Butter
1 Yolk
50g Brown sugar
50g White sugar
Some vanilla
1/4Ts Salt
130g Wheat flour
130g Spelled flour, whole grain

Preparation (about 20 minutes):
-First heat the oven to 200 degrees
Now the dough:
-Beat the egg and mix it with butter, sugar,
the buttermilk, vanilla and the salt
-Then mix in the two flour types
-After this, the dough must be chilled for 15 minutes
-Later you can form small balls and press them flat
-Now put them on a baking sheet
-They should get brown in 12 minutes of baking
Finished: Enjoy your food.
Tip: You can also mix in some chocolate or raisins 
for better taste
