Most religious people are spiritual but not all spiritual people are religious. Non-Religious spiritual people are often referred to as secularists – the secularist spirituality does not adhere to the framework of religion, and focuses more on personal growth, whereas religious spirituality focuses on a connection or relationship with a divine being.
