Hi Brandon, thank you for your presentation. You had great content that kept me engaged throughout the video. I loved the text-to-world connections in the beginning as you mentioned Steve jobs among other innovators. Also, the personal annedotes that you included about your experience at job (UrbanAir) and school gave me some insight on your capacity as a young innovator. You clearly put a lot of work into your slides incoporating minimal text and supporting picture visuals. Overall, you showed a great understanding of how to utilize the screen-o-casa website to effective give apresentation.

During your presentation, I thought some of the text on the screen was hard to follow becuase it was displayed in a thread format. I would recommend beginning a new slide opposed to putting more information on the same slide.

Hi Brandon,
Very nice job on your presentation, I like how you mentioned that sometimes education, although trying to teach creativity, sometimes do the opposite. But then you said that the way you stay creative and innovative is by making even the simplest tasks more efficient. I think this is a great way to get out of an everyday routine and to constantly be challenging yourself! I think your innovative idea for the tickets at your work is so cool, it's not often you find people who still think about their job after they leave their job!

The only critique I have is to maybe put less words on your slides, we learned in this class that the less sentences you have on the screen, the easier it is for your viewers to pay attention and not get distracted. I think you did a great job overall!

Good job including quotes from Tony Wagner to tie in reading. Great anecdote about implementing the ticket rack at your job. Shows how different parts of your life can intertwine (education, work, and personal life) and how growth and adaptability emerges from trying new things. The part about being a “therapist” for your friends is extremely relatable for me. This is a great example because it requires a lot of creative thinking to problem solve, deescalate, and offer positive solutions to problems. I liked that you ended your presentation with advice for how others can “become a stronger innovator,” because it leaves the viewer with something to reflect on.

My only critique is that the paragraphs are a little too dense. The pictures were great and complemented what you were talking about, but I think they were accompanied by too much text. My eyes mostly grazed over and it might have been more beneficial to make the text larger and have less of it to grasp the viewer’s attention.

Glow- I really enjoyed the visuals included within your presentation. The ratio of words to pictures was done well. I didn't become overwhelemed wiith too many sentences and the pictures were relevant to the content and you kept my attention throughout the entire presentation.
Grow- Make sure the microphone is in a good spot so the audio remains strong throughout the presentation. I also would've liked to see more about your own experience with innovation. You did mention creating customs advertisments for a school fundraiser and I would've liked to see more of this and how you will be innovative in your future.

Glow- I thought the entire presentation was done very well. Great visuals as well as the right amount of content to not overdo it. I enjoy traveling as well, so it was interesting to hear about the places you visited as well as your interest in piano and learning to play by ear. I had a similar experiene learning to play the drums at a young age where I couldn't read music but I could listen to music then attempt to play it myself.
Grow- my only critque would be while your presenting to try and be more enthusiastic in your tone. I get it, it's hard to be excited for a project in school but this project is esentially all about you. At the end of your presentation you talk about your friend in accounting and even talk about a joke he made. This was just a glimpse into who you are as a presenter and I would've enjoyed more of it.

Glow- I thought you did really well in explaining not only the different types of innovators but you went in depth with the types of skills needed to be an innovator. This utilization of information highlights what I believe to be the most important information in the textbook.
Grow- I would've enjoyed to see more about your own personal experience with innovation as a child/teen and how you would utilize innovation in your future.

Glow- I thought your presentation came out excellent. Your slides were aesthetically pleasing as they were simple, clean, and well-organized. As a commentator, you also included a plethora of information to talk about in each slide.
Grow- After hearing about what you learned from the text on how do you think differently after reading the text, I would have liked to see how this information is unique to what you want to do. For example you mentioned "free myself from constraints." Being a spectator to your presentation I'm curious to know what some of your personal constraints would've been.
