A Little Reflection

I think there are three points in the FMP about social phobia that I should reflect on. Firstly, my understanding of social phobia is too self-centred. Second, my understanding of social phobia is superficial. Thirdly, I have not really confronted social phobia.

At the beginning of the study, I relied too much on self-experience and did not utilise more literature and known objective facts. The study was one-sided. My understanding of social phobia was superficial and lacked critical and dialectical thinking.

I need to learn more through secondary research. I need to learn more through secondary research. I need to understand the impact of national and cultural differences. I need to understand the story of social phobia in the context of a timeline. Perhaps historical stories and anecdotes about mental illness will help me understand it more realistically. Thinking about more ways of expressing how social phobia and the various psychological issues I have in my own mind can be uniquely and authentically expressed when there are so many artistic achievements about psychological issues. And not just being trapped in my own experiences.

As for the third point, I think I am a very weak person, I would choose to face or avoid without hesitation, if I want to express the emotions of social phobia that bring people tangled, troublesome and dilemmas, it means that I have to have really felt it, practice is more convincing than books and imagination. This affects whether or not the results I get will really impress people. You can't show a good result with a false sense of humour.

Stereotypically, emotional problems are strange and difficult to understand, and some people may say, "Why haven't I ever had one? Why are you not as cheerful as others when you are so well off? That's why this project came about, I should have learnt more about the history of social phobia, even though it doesn't seem like something with a deep history. Psychological problems have been around since the beginning of time, but people were too busy living their lives to think about their emotions. We can't limit our research to just humans, but animals and pets are also subject to this condition. Critters can be nervous, fearful, disturbed. Studying them systematically and showing them is what I need to do.

I believe that the topics I have chosen are all based on personal emotions, whether it be anxiety, hesitation or fear, and can be categorised as research of the same nature. Questions of the same nature always lead to similar results, which means that I can find common ground amongst this wide range of emotions, summarise them and use them as part of my work!

Starting with my personal social phobia leads to more accompanying emotions. Synthesis Study. Emotions are a major problem for humans, and a large or small portion of the population struggles with their own personal emotions. By understanding these people in the midst of it one can get more useful information, one can get more of a picture of the masses, so that the work can be integrated into society and easily understood.

Through the FMP I wanted to learn more about the feedback of emotional issues such as social phobia and the physical behaviour and effects of these anxieties and fears. To express more deeply the problems reflected by such emotions . Does social phobia protect some people's personalities or does it undermine their socialisation and make them the exception? I think there are so many questions of this sort that I could open a bank of questions and make a list of them, making it easier for me to address them quickly and expeditiously. Upgrade them into my own usable language.

In the course of this exploration, I have experimented with the use of colour to express feelings, using watercolour, relying on its fluidity to show the emotions that bring about a feeling of a supermarket, a feeling of continuity, and then I will try to use more ways of painting to show these emotions.

Moreover, I want to use this work as a bridge of self-understanding and a real communication with myself, to know and understand myself is also an essential part of the road to become myself, into = the work for me is like my self-portrait, I will continue this self-help creativity, and to understand and face this problem. I will develop it into an animation or a comic strip, I think that stories are the simplest and most direct way to communicate ideas and feelings without so much complex thinking and imagination. Pictures help people to understand the work.

Social phobia is not a big problem, but it can make you miss a lot of opportunities and give up a lot of things that should be yours. This sense of loss is also a key word that I want to develop. I might collect more of these experiences and tell myself and people suffering from this emotion to leave all the constraints behind when they have the chance to express themselves and show only their strengths.
