This quote which is off the official Tesco website who are saying that they treat everyone fairly and with respect no matter race, sexual orientation, religion, sex etc.

The NHS has a tall structure. this is because the organisation is government owned and is split into power in the government and power in the locations. the majority of the power in the national health service is given to the Minister of Health.

The advantages of the NHS having a tall organisational structure is that staff members know whom they work under, it makes communication between staff and higher authoritative figures easier and more efficient.

Tesco announced that, in spite of declining half-year profits, it is frozen the pricing of over one thousand common products until 2023 in an effort to assist its cash-strapped customers. In an effort to support employees, Tesco also announced its second staff pay increase of the year.
