Thank you for all that you do! In a world with so much uncertainty you show up every day with smiles on your faces for the kiddos. Not only are you teaching, but we also tend to ask a lot of you too. Connecting with candidates, sharing your experiences and sharing your stories which is really want makes the candidate sign. Thank you for always going above and beyond and truly showing what it means to go further together.

I'm in awe of the work you do for our schools and kids. This year has been beyond crazy, and you continuously show up with so much love and grit. I don't even have the words to express my admiration. Also, a SPECIAL shout out to our wonderful TIRs- you make learning to teach during a pandemic look easy. Spending time in your Zoom rooms is such a honor. And ANOTHER special shout out to our amazing RAs! The work you do to lead your own classrooms AND ensure that our TIRs are supported is mindblowing. Seriously- thank you, thank you, thank you <3

I am so humbled & proud to work with you - seeing your pivot to virtual instruction, I can only imagine how hard that was. And, when I see how your in person (and also now virtual) leadership shows care, love, and persistence for our kids, I am just in so much admiration. I have been in awe of AF teachers ever since I first visited an AF school back in 2007, I remained in awe of your when I worked alongside you as teacher at ENYMS from 2009-2012, was even more floored by you as DSO at BRMS, and now get to see your excellence across so many schools. A global pandemic thrown your way and a complete restructuring of how you love, support, and lead kids? No big deal, y'all just rose to the challenge and figured it out. Hey Teachers,
You are amazing. I've always said that I could never do what you do and this year is no different - not only do you have teach but you are doing it in the middle of a pandemic! Shifting from teaching in-person to teaching remote and not skipping a beat. I get a little sneak peak of your awesomeness every day as I see my son engaged in his remote classes and I'm in awe at what you do. Thank you for continuing to provide much needed support for our kids and families.

This has been an unprecedented year and each of you have stepped up in so many ways for our scholars and families. I've had the pleasure of seeing so many smiles, "a-has," deep discussion, dance parties, and celebrations due to the thoughtfulness and creativity you've brought to this work.
