         <description><![CDATA[<div>The area where this happens is called the Great Plains. The Great Plains are very flat area which let the cold dry polar air that comes down from Canada and the warm moist tropical air from the Gulf of Mexico to meet up. Under these conditions it is the perfect place for tornadoes to appear almost out of no where. </div>]]></description>
