The ease of browsing through a wide range of products, comparing prices, and reading customer reviews has made online shopping an attractive alternative to traditional brick stores. In order to remain customers, retailers should have online presence. By doing this, they are providing customers a convinient access and use physical store as an advantages over other online shops.
