Кўпинча ўзимиз ўрганган иловалар орқали гаплашаётганимизни таъсири бўлса керак. </p><p> "Энг намунали" ва "Энг креатив хат" каби топшириқлар   берилса назаримда хат ёзиш кўникмасини чиниқтиришга эришсак керак.                                      Менторларга ҳам худди шу тарзда ABC тарзида Расмни топ  топшириғи берилса ҳам жуда қизиқарли бўлади, назаримда. "Раҳбарга хат" тарзида мактуб ёзиш топшириғини берса бўлади. Устозлар мактаб ҳаётини яхшилар, иш самарадорлигини ошириш бўйича директор бажариши мумкин бўлган, ваколати доирасида ўқитувчила  ўз таклифларини келтириб    ёзиш қоидаларига риоя этишлари шарт бўлади.  Ўқитувчилар ва раҳбарият орасида яхши кўприк ҳосил бўлсади. Назаримда иш самарадорлиги ва ўз-ўзидан таълим сифати ҳам ошади.                                                          </p><p>  The task turned out to be very interesting. Indeed, we did not even notice that we often fail to pay attention to the rules of a professional approach when writing letters. Perhaps this is influenced by the fact that we mostly communicate through applications we are used to.</p><p>I think that giving tasks such as “The Best Sample Letter” and “The Most Creative Letter” would help strengthen letter-writing skills.<br>It would also be very interesting, in my opinion, to give mentors the “Find the Picture” task in the same ABC format. A letter-writing task in the format of “A Letter to the Principal” could also be assigned. Teachers would be required to follow proper writing rules while presenting their suggestions on how to improve school life and increase work efficiency—within the scope of actions and authority that the principal can undertake. A good bridge would be formed between teachers and the administration. In my opinion, work efficiency would increase, and naturally, the quality of education would also improve.</p>]]></description>
