         <description><![CDATA[<div>Jake- I agree with this diet. I think that it is a very beneficial diet for your health. It also helps to remove trans fats and refined oils which can cause sever health issues. With exercise it can help to increase the length of life. <br>Hothi- I agree with this diet.I believe this diet is overall very healthy.It consists of very protein and vitamin filled foods that help keep your heart healthy.Although it's not that easy to follow because it doesn't tell you the exact amount of food you need to consume, it kind of helps you be more free about the diet because you choose the proportional amount you want.</div>]]></description>
