So for example a question in between or a small discussion round. I feel like it is always easier to learn with and from each other though interactions rather than having a frontal lecture.
It also really helped in the last lecture when you were standing while talking :)

Also, personally I am a fan of doing the preparation readings, and then not really going through them too deep in class anymore - that way we have enough time to critically discuss them, and maybe connect the readings to others so that we can take the class dialogue up to a higher level.

It is important to discuss biases and prejudices. I also think the assignments in the course are nice and creative. However, I would like the class to be a lot more interactive. I find it difficult to pay attention in class because I feel like the slides are often being read (I would prefer the lectures being done while standing in front of the class opposed to behind the desk) and it goes very fast. Because of this I cannot focus very well. So I would like to make it a little slower and thus easier to follow and also be more interactive. I also believe the groups for the proposal and seminar should be two different groups or it should count less, as now 60% is one group so if the group does not work well then that is a big problem and since it is 60% you cannot just rely on your own assignments. It is clear you really want to bring the information across to us and want us to understand. Thank you for that. A point of improvement could be engaging the class a bit more. It is quite hard to follow you from time to time especially because we hop from one theory to the other. It would be nice to talk about one theory and then we maybe engage a bit with it in small groups so we gain a better understanding and then continue. Or maybe have multiple theories and then we have some small activity to interact with all of these so it sinks. Additionally, giving more space to critism towards the discussed research and texts would be great. I often struggle with the ethical side of some of the research and it would be great to have just a few minutes per class to collectively acknowledge the problematic side of it. We can then also take this into account when learning about the theory to place it better and use it in a more inclusive way. It would also be nice to include more examples or engagement with the class on how these theories apply in practice today. Sometimes that becomes slighly messy, as you of course, want to teach us as much as you can in the little time that we have together in this class. Maybe it could help seleting fewer topics for each lecture and focus on those more deeply. 
Apart from that, I learned a lot already, and I am sure that I will learn even more interesting things.
The assignments are great, as they are different from other courses, which helps us engage with different formats and teaches us things that we weren't familiar with before (for example writing the Grant Proposal, but also the Roundtable Seminar format).

I would love to have some more guidance on how to write these grant proposal parts we have to hand in. In the course Academic Communication we did not focus on this and I sometimes feel insecure not knowing exactly what is expected from me. Writing style, amount, structure, etc. We did get good feedback and grade, so probably can trust that I do well too. You're very well able to express your enthusiasm about the topics to the students, however you sometimes come across as a bit too energetic (ever though you're sitting during class) and this almost appears to be nervousness (this sometimes makes me nervous as well). Sometimes you tend to go a bit too fast. I think a good addition to your teaching would be to try to go through the topics a bit more calmly, still with the enthusiasm but just with a bit more calmness. So, it's not about the speed with which you cover different topics, but more with talking.
