         <description><![CDATA[<div>When I am stressed, I tend to be very tired and prefer to be alone. To deal with the stress, I like to prepare/plan for what is worrying me. I go for a walk with my son, go outside for fresh air, and listen to music. I also talk to my family about whatever is bothering me and ask for extra help that will relieve stress. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>When  I am stressed, I feel really nervous and would also prefer some alone time away from everybody. To deal with stress, I like to do things the day before so the next day they are just there for me or I will do everything as soon as I get home so I have time to do other stuff. I will put my clothes out, study for a test or quiz, and all those things really stress me so when I do them and get them over with, it feels good. i would also sometimes go outside to get relief and do something I am good at or something that I am not good at. This all makes me feel a lot less stressed.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>When I am stressed, I am very tired at first, and then get more and more active. I fidget a lot when I am stressed too. I try to clear my mind of stress, and go outside, maybe draw and other things that calm me. I get stressed because of school and school projects and tests/quizzes.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>When I get stressed I feel anxious and pressured.Most of the time I get stressed from friends and homework.  I Usually take a break and practice sports. For example, when I practice basketball it is a distraction from real life. When i'm playing I listen to music and just forgot i'm in reality. It also helps me get better so its a win, win.</div>]]></description>
