Understand better how cultures are formed and shape a work environment; and how an individual is able to affect an organisation as a whole, whilst affecting each other on the personal level - especially since I just started my part time internship, so I want to know how I can value add to my team!

I want to learn how cultures are built and maintained in big organisations (Microsoft, Google etc.). Especially since they’re global, I’m quite curious how they get everyone on board with ideas like a growth mindset across different countries :)
