One important fact I learned about still births, is that in the United States those with limited access to resources when pregnant tend to have the most still births. This is a problem in non Hispanic Black communities and reveals these women tend to have the highest rates. It was also shocking to hear that stress can cause a stillbirth just as much as drugs can. That makes me reflect on how much stress can affect the body and to be aware of ways to manage that.
