With CalHOPE 2.0, if schools are not willing to cooperate, could we transfer funds and coaching to a different school who is more prepared to do the work?

The current two schools are losing staff and teachers. Their Climate and Culture team has been discontinued and non communicative to the district. There have more important priorities currently (keeping afloat) and their leadership is not cooperative of their staff needs.

Could you clarify the number of Summit registrations provided for COE staff and additional registrations for county LEAs. Was there a total allocation for each county and the complimentary ones provided for presenters came from that allotment with the remaining going to the county to be distributed as the COE determines?

I'm a bit confused about the alignment of PBIS spending CalHope funds. It seems like programs would fall under this category, but we've gotten several requests to approve things like signage to reinforce behavior expectations, would this quality as acceptable use?

When will SEL Ambassadors Course begin? A lot of counselors are asking about it since it was advertised! :)

Makerspace

I've been inspired by the Makerspace in Santa Clara county. Could funds be used to set up something like this? The groups being run through their space, and I would like to do it as well, are focused around restorative and identity projects. In my mind this is an SEL focus.

Is there a guide/"checklist" for "look fors"/criteria to help add a student to an adult high school staff SEL committee? We are looking for an equity based tool to help build our team and gather student input/voice.
