I would keep track of students' behavior in the class and whenever a situation occurs, I'd try to fix the conflict as fair and rightful as possible. For those who behave good, I'd award them and encourage those who need more work on their behavior. I'd help students out and encourage them to participate and ask questions when they do not understand something. This way they will be comfortable in asking and learning, and they will get used to each other and collaborate and communicate properly. Treating my students as much more than just students that I have to teach, I would care about each and every single one of them. If a student would come in sad or looked bothered I would care to notice and talk to them because sometimes a student needs to know you care. I would want my classroom to feel like a safe zone so that if they are getting bullied or something is happening at home they can come to class and hopefully they feel safe and comforted. Safe with me and from each other. Having rules for them is very important. And its important to teach them that bullying is not allowed and won't ever be allowed. Because any child that is bullied doesn't feel safe anywhere. The Importance of bullying can be clarified by showing videos and by talking to them all the same never showing that some of  your students are superior from others. One must be alert and aware of each and every of their students qualities, abilities and learning disadvantages so that we know how to teach them better and that way students can feel their teacher cares for them and they can show more motivation and passion for learning.
