It is important to respect others, relationships, and caring for people because it builds trust. It shows that we’re here for them. Fosters mutual growth and well-being for everyone involved. Caring for children involves patience, positive communication that includes listening, ensuring safety and watching over their growth by playing. While caring for colleagues means listening, offering help, team working/collaborating and no gossip so that we can maintain a supportive and respectful environment (as some lose confidence or energy when hearing gossip while working) and last of all, being present and show interest.

it is important to respect to the children because they’re still developing a lot of things, also to get their trust and understanding them more. Show up to the daycare with and interact with the kids, share interest, ask them how they’re feeling and play with them

It is important to respect colleagues because it also get their trust and helps us work as a team for both school and work. Another way to show respect with colleagues is by making it to work on time and making it to all your shifts.

It is important to respect others, and care for others. It’s important to have a relationship with workers/children so they will trust you.

It is important to show respect to the children because we are showing them that we care about them and eventually they’ll trust us.

It is important to show respect to our colleagues because we work together and when we dont show respect to each other we wont work well together and when we dont work well together the day feels longer and the kids probably wont learn as well if we arent working together

It is important to work with children at the daycare, show them we care, show them that we are their teacher and we are there helping them grow, showing respect, and showing we want them to have the opportunity to learn before they go to kindergarten…

We are there to help out our colleagues, we are helping each other grow too, being thankful for all the help they give…….

It is important to show and give respect because it’ll give the children the safe space they need at the daycare. It’ll teach them to respect others in and out of daycare & people around them. it will also teach them to respect, care for their teachers, as teachers it is our job to let them know we’re there for them.

With colleagues, it’ll help communicate better and more responsible within our work we do for the children in our care.
