I want be this kind of leader who is willing to take strong responsibility. Take the responsibility when things gone wrong, and share credit with team when getting a good result. Trust my gut, trust my instincts, and trust others. Be an authentic leader.

By improving intercultural communication, I can understand better that different people have their way of doing things, and think in their perspective. In this case, it will reduce the possibility of conflict at work. Leader can assign job according to different team member’s perspective and achieve an efficient team result. 

It can help them to build the relationship with leader. They will feel very comfortable of doing their job, because they know the leader is trusting them with the part they are doing. They will feel exciting to come to work every day rather than a working in a place cannot see future, just for a paycheck. 

It will help me to build a culture of encouragement.Encourage team member will boost the team morale and build team spirit. Supportive and trusting relationships can help team menbers stay engaged and maintain a sense of belonging in the organization.
