         <description><![CDATA[<div>In my opinion, a successful leader is the most important role in a company. Their existing is to give the rest of team the strength to work harder. Always look ahead, and lead people with their heart and believe. Having a clear vision of reflecting on the past, and paying attention on the present, and thinking about future. </div><div>I want be this kind of leader who is willing to take strong responsibility. Take the responsibility when things gone wrong, and share credit with team when getting a good result. Trust my gut, trust my instincts, and trust others. To be able to lead in a multicultural team, it is very important to improve the ability of intercultural communication. In order to avoid having misunderstanding communication, improving the ability to adapt different cultural and have a better understanding of others. For an authentic leader, being able to fully understand other’s perspective and support them is the key to achieve a team success.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Showing them your interest in learning their culture by asking questions. During lunch break, it is the perfect timing to observing. You can learn different food type that people who are from different countries preferred, and different countries’ dinning style. Moreover, there are many opportunities that company provide employees to participate. Encourage team member to participate with me, so I can find that people who come from different background might have different way to do things, and different attitude as well. Exchanging thought with them after the activities will help me to understand deeper about different culture and thinking. Inviting each other to your birthday or any festival celebration. This is the time to actually experience the different culture, and have a better understanding of this culture. </div>]]></description>

In this case, it will reduce the possibility of conflict at work. Leader can assign job according to different team member’s perspective and achieve an efficient team result. </div><div><strong>For other’s:</strong></div><div>It can help them to build the relationship with leader. They will feel very comfortable of doing their job, because they know the leader is trusting them with the part they are doing. They will feel exciting to come to work every day rather than a working in a place cannot see future, just for a paycheck. </div>]]></description>

Using the magic words:I believe you.Take the time to tell my team that I believe in their abilities and that you are confident that they will succeed. Also to encourage other is to tell others how great he or she is. Over time, it will create a culture of encouragement. When assigning responsibility to someone, even if you verbalize it, you are saying, “I trust you.” Trust conveys belief. By further the action with helping with projects or tasks, though. Get involved in their personal development by offering to send them to professional training, seminars, classes, or other learning opportunities. Show them that you care about their self-improvement, not just their word.</div>]]></description>
