Also, another thing that happened during the Gilded Age was that many immigrants were willing to work; even though, they got very little pay. They were even working where it was dangerous, had wage cuts and no benefits.

One helpful thing that happened during the Gilded Age was the transcontinental Railroad being finish. The was helpful because it made it easier to transport goods and rapid settlement.

Also, during this time Urbanization and technological creativity led to many engineering advances. These things were bridges and canals, elevators and skyscrapers, trolley lines and subways.
