In the city, there are lots of tall buildings, plenty of malls & stores, and less green areas compared to the countryside or town.
In the town, the population is less than in the city, there isn't that many stores or buildings compared to the city.
In the countryside, there is much more green areas compared to the city, also it's very rare to see tall modern buildings, the population is much smaller & overall the countryside is the quietest of the 3 places.
