They have used 2 main fonts, but used the font family to create the bolding in parts and not in others. Also the use of 2 text colours to contrast with the 2 text backgrounds makes the viewers read what we see first, such as the titles

The cover page effectively uses hierarchy, with your eyes being first drawn to 3 different coloured lines up top, then the organic shapes used create movement down to the word ‘heroes’ which has complete contrasts to the black background colour, making it easy to read.

The stylised shapes with the vertical lines between them, creates emphasis on the title ‘Heroes’ by creating a flow that draws your eye down. This also gives a sense of movement. The style of the shapes contrasts with the clean alignment of the body copy.

The same colours from the lines on the front page are carried out throughout the brochure to create the feeling of unity between the pages.

the front cover gives a cartoonish/ comic effect that would target a younger audience, artistic (like us). the colours also suggest animation and drawing

The colours are solid with no monochromatic variation in shade which keeps the brochure looking clean and modern. The use of line on the front page creates interest by being quite abstract and also creates movement, directing your eye to the largest area of type. The type itself is a san serif, informal typeface and hierarchy has been used effectively, particularly on the front page of the brochure to direct the readerís eye to the most important piece of information first and then onwards from there.
