Living World: Students are exposed to content regarding how the world works around them. Therefore, are able to self direct their learning to include their ethics and morals to treat the science and world around them. 

Chemical world: Students are exposed to the advances in Chemistry and science itself. Meaning that students are exposed to the pollution that some purification processes can release. Hence, they can reflect on if these kinds of chemical reactions are sustainable or worth the amount of pollution that is released.
