We also done some more drawings, and then uploaded our current drawings and designed them on the photoshop software to make them look more animated and suitable for the book. This was difficult because there was some problems that we had to try and solve, for example, I had forgot how to zoom in and had to work it out by pressing different keys on the keyboard and i eventually found it which helped a lot. Another problem I came across was that when i was colouring in the picture there was quite a lot of gaps and I kept going outside the line, so to solve this I highlighted the certain part I wanted to colour in then did so with the colouring bucket which automatically coloured that part in.

Today we had to try and design our characters for our E-books by either drawing or on a computer for practise. One problem was that I do not have the best drawing skills and therefor found it difficult to actually draw a character by free-hand. In order to complete this I tried to start it off with basic shapes - which was helpful as I was trying to create a snowman, and then I carried on and expanded it from there by adding facial features and a better shape of the body etc. (Pictures below)

We practised making a childlike background and through that I learned how to put different filters on an image and how to make a layer transparent by watching Hannah's tutorial video.

I developed Photoshop skills and how to create different layers to make one whole background, this skill helped me improve make my background better and more professional.

To improve, I would need to improve my background by making the corners of a picture more smooth in order to make it look more professional, to do this, I will need to zoom in closer so I have a larger view to copy the outlines.
