GROW: There is confusion and frustration around incorporating the math content, because it seems to "take away" (my teacher's words) from the project time. Pick up and dismissal are very organized. Principal is supportive. Good communication between facilitators and school administration. Thank you, Sean and Katie.
GROW: More planning time for the grade level team is needed. Teachers also need time to work on actionable feedback for their students' work and the bulletin boards. Facilitator support is unbalanced for second grade. One teacher has communicated that she needs more support in the classroom, especially when implementing centers or new activities.]]> 2018-07-20 14:26:10 UTC https://padlet.com/kgn2109/vk1rvvhy18wz/wish/270708198 Melanie https://padlet.com/kgn2109/vk1rvvhy18wz/wish/270708213 Glow: Student turnout (numbers) even though students are getting added late in the program, the classes are full and students are attending regularly.  Teachers are enthusiastic about the program and bought into STEAM and EDP,  and they are eager to help students continue to be engaged in the math they are learning.  I also enjoy having Dr. Pemberton as a resource and that she is there a lot of the days.  Her positivity and advice she gives to the teachers is far-reaching and I think it will go back to their classrooms with them this school year.

Grow: I miss the coaches! This allows for time for congruence which we now realize is crucial to have regularly.
