Hello,

My name is Naira Hamdy. IBPYP workshop leader, consultant and school visitor. My journey with PYP started in 1998 and since then PYP for me is a way of living by applying research, knowledge, skills and attitudes in daily life routine. Always looking for new professional development opportunities to improve practices and here am I facilitating an inschool workshop. I've worked as PYP coordinator in 2000, in Cairo Egypt, in oasis international school. It's a French school, it has the three programmes : PYP,MYP and DP In 2002, Oasis was authorised for PYP and MYP, I continued as PYP coordinator in the same school and went through the 1st evaluation visit in 2005, then the 2nd evaluation visit in 2010. In the same time, I was also facilitating in school workshops, regional workshops and visiting schools in Africa, Europe & Middle East. All this, give me the opportunity to visit many schools in our region: Africa, Europe and Middle East. In September 2011 , looking for a new challenge in my professional life; I moved to UAE and worked in Ras Al Khaimah English Speaking schools RAKESS as PYP coordinator also. In the same time, continuing my career as workshop leader & school visitor.

Since September 2012, I'm working in a PYP authorized school in Dubai called" Dar Al Marefa" as Deputy school principal.We had our evaluation visit in May 2017.

Married to a fantastic husband, mother of two lovely daughters and a sweet sweet sweet granddaughter and a grandson
