I didn't realize that you should have a lot of money saved up before you move out. I didn’t realize all the things that could happen that you would have to pay for if you bought a house. I also didn’t realize how important it was to make sure you bought a house in a good location. You don’t want to buy something to pricey because, it will be harder to sell. You want to buy something in the middle, so you could resell it faster.  It is also better to have a view at your house.
