         <title>Green Zone </title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The green zone to me looks calm, ready to learn and happy. I usually feel energized but not too energized, just enough to say calm.<br>Some habits I need to stay in the green zone are having a regular seclude knowing what kind of homework I have or knowing what time is the right time to go to bed depending on if I want to be cranky in the morning or be in the green zone. During the day I usually have snacks and when I get home I have dinner almost right away and I'm almost never hangry.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>In the blue zone it looks to me like sad, bored, or tired. I typically feel really lazy and don't have a reason to do anything so I don't. Usually  when I'm in the blue zone I take a nap or  do something to get my energy up and  to get back into the green zone I eat, dance, listen to music, shower  (sleep), or talk to my friends. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>When i’m in the red zone it usually looks like i’m breathing deeply, sweating, walking around, or maybe even yelling. When I snap and let all my emotions out my amygdala acts out and follows its instinct for what’s best. Flight, fight or freeze. When i’m in the red zone I might freeze up or zone out. <br>The only things that make me go into the red zone is when people upset me, or when I am sleep deprived I easily get really angry. </div>]]></description>
