Today is my first day of internship at Love & Love Wedding Planner. Since I'm newbie at there, so my boss (Joey) recommend me to the staff and walk around at the office. 
I have go through some documents about the wedding arrangement and wedding itinerary. The wedding arrangement are included guest list, package details and event details. After two days of rest, today I need to help around four hundred small card punch hole, and then help them tied up one by one by using hemp rope. These cards have a variety of colors, such as wine red, yellow, silver, white, black and so on.       Today, Joey explain to me and another staff (Winnie) about the wedding itinerary on tomorrow night. The wedding coordination on tomorrow is for Kenny and Mandy. The wedding itinerary included guest arrival, cocktail session, photo booth instant prints, welcome speech from emcee, drum performance, food presentation, live band, couple photo slideshow, cake cutting & champagne, table to table toasting and so on. I have jot down the notes that I need to be aware tomorrow in order to remind myself. 
Around 4:30pm, Joey and me went to MH hotel (Grand ballroom) which on fifth floor. We need to testing whether our laptop can connect with the big screen on stage. Through the staff's explanation, I probably understand how to operate the instrument there.        At this morning, I read the whole wedding itinerary and details again. About half past five pm or so, I proceed to the MH hotel. As soon as I got there, Joey briefing and discuss with me and Winnie about the flow of wedding later. With the help of the staff, I tested whether all the instruments in av room could operate as usual and whether the wedding movie could be broadcast. 
About six o'clock, guests come one after another. We in the registry to help guests such as coktail session and we need to do on-site observation. After the wedding ceremony began, then I back to the av room to prepare the files that need to be play the wedding videos and photos. About 10:30pm, we have done packed things. Guests have to leave. Today, I have been help Winnie to type a full and detail wedding decoration package for Love & Love Wedding Planner.       Today, I have been asked for do and list out the package for wedding planner courses. Joey and Winnie have tell me about how the courses they need and provide for those interested students. Our courses is going to take 3 months to complete 12 classes. Our courses are aimed at college students and trainees who are preparing for the wedding industry and entrepreneurs  who plan to raise the wedding professional level. So that students can learn more rigorous professional wedding knowledge. 
      The professional wedding planner course outline content have provide such as project proposal ability, wedding theme, wedding invitation, wedding process, venue layout, lighting, flowers with the theme, beauty and the grasp of fashion trends, know and filter the necessary supplies for the wedding manufacturers and other details. 
Other details include design and arrangement of wedding planning project, featured wedding elements, wedding items purchased and so on. 
According to Joey plan, the wedding planner courses will start at beginning month of next year.       There was a heavy rain in the morning, I guess this is the reason for many people to continue to sleep.       Unconsciously, internship came to the fourteenth day. Usually, we communicate with our clients through either WhatsApp or email. Under the guidance of Winnie, I have reply all the client's question. From that , I can probably understand the details of the wedding planning and the needs of each customer for their wedding. I have download the previous wedding photos to company phone. Today, Joey have bought some flower decoration material. We have been asked to do flower arrangement for the wedding walkway coming soon. (5/3/2017) We choosing to work with artificial flowers. Firstly, we need to create solid base for floral arrangement. Then, we need divided the flowers based on color and type.  We have trim all of the pieces of flower before beginning the arrangement. Use the depth of the polystrene ball as a guide for how short to trim the flowers.       Today, Winnie and I continue do the flower arrangement. We begin placing the main beauties of the arrangement. Positioning the flowers asymmetrically and at varying heights will give us the most natural looking display. Trim each flower as we go and take advantage of the wired stems to bend each piece to exactly where we want it. Don’t fret if you dislike how the arrangement is taking shape; simply re-position the flowers until it looks elegant and pleasing to you. 
      During the process, we need makesure to observe it from all angles and consider still got any gaps.       Today, Joey bought two pieces of cream cloth. Winnie taught me how to cut cloth. Firstly, we use the scale to mark on the table. This is to ensure that every cloth is accurate size. Due to the office table are not big, so we can only do three marks on the table respectively, which is three inches. We need to put the cloth back and forth five times. A cloth can probably cut into 14 pieces, so 1 piece is 15 inches. After finished, we put it in the big plastic box in order to bring it to the MH hotel. Today, we shift all the decorate material from first floor to ground floor. We have move all the decorate materials to lorry. When we arrived MH hotel, we move all the things from lorry and take lift go to grand ballroom. After Joey give the instruction, we have start decorate the part respectively. Today, I help client named Ginnee survey suitable venue for her wedding. Ginnee need 100 pax for her wedding and her wedding date is on 29th May 2018. Joey suggest few restaurant and I just survey based on the restaurants.       Today is Saturday, I have asked to decorate the small glass bottle. Firstly, I used pink lace ribbon measure at the bottom of glass bottle. Then, I got the estimate length and cut it with scissors. I use the length as standard and cut another 19 pieces of same length for pink lace ribbon. I have used the pink lace ribbon put at the bottom of glass bottle and pin it. The total of small glass bottle is 20.   Today is a tired day but also a memorable day. Around 7:30am, I have reached The Banjaran Hotsprings Retreat for arranged and set up the wedding scene. Around 8:30am, we have finished set up all the things. Then, we go out and take breakfast. Around 10:40am, we have come back and light up the candle at VIP table and guest table.       Today, I have learned how to do a bow for wedding car door handle decoration. The decoration is prepared for client wedding by this coming Sunday. The decoration material that we have used such as cream ribbon, artificial flowers, flower wire and etc. The main colour we use is cream and orange colour for wedding Car decoration. Today, I have do corsage by using baby breath. The corsage will be using on this coming Sunday wedding luncheon. Firstly, I need prune the little pieces of baby breath. Then, I bunch together the few pieces of baby breath and wrap stems together with the adhesive tape. I covering the tape with cream ribbon, starting from the bottom and make a small bow tie. After that, I have trim the bottom of the fully wrapped bundle so that the bottom is even. The baby breath corsage is done.

      Today, I have learned the way to decorate the wedding car. The decoration of the wedding car is done by experienced colleagues. Firstly, we need pop the bonnet and loop the ribbon through the bonnet hook. Then, we straighten the ribbon out. Secure the ribbon inside the bonnet. We need to keep the bonnet open, tie the ribbon to the passenger side visor. Tightens the knot. After that, take out the support and close the bonnet. I have help to put the ribbon with artificial flowers at both door handle side. To decorate the back of the car, secure the ribbons to the hand grips in the back seat.       Today, we have an outstation at Grand Kampar Hotel. We have decorate stage, VIP table, photo booth, reception table and photo gallery. We take almost 2 hours to finish the decoration at there. A new theme (double happiness) at photo booth for our client. Around 8pm, the banquet started. We have help the client for seating arrangement.       Today, our client Sam walk in to office to finalize about the quotation. After the discussion, finally he engaged with us. He engaged with us for the wedding decoration, emcee, special effect lighting, live band, wedding consultant and coordinator service. His wedding is on 25th November 2017 at Syuen Hotel, Ipoh.       Today, we need to measure and cut the carpet for coming wedding banquet. Firstly, we need measure the carpet by using dipstick. The height of carpet is 30 feet and width is 4 feet. After measure the carpet part by part, then Abang Nasir used a long wood stick to joint all the measure point.
