Meeting up with HT ( Rana) to agree on updated beginners’ term procedures

Managed to clear up misunderstandings about role profile and duties of the HT

 Agreed on a framework to liaise between me and Rana

Acknowledged Agouza teachers’ issues with assessing beginners and agreeing on the needed support.

Reviewed CVs and statements, provided feedback to shortlist teachers.

Figured out a recurring issue with managing beginners attendance and reaching out to the LMs to sort it.

 Had a one-to-one chat with teachers who struggled assessing learners in T4.

 Supporting with ideas and readymade assessments for T5

 Doing Pre- obs ( probation)

 Conducting obs and post obs ( provided detailed – verbal feedback but noted down action points and areas of strengths

 Shared my final version of the modular refresher session with the adult team
