This is so there's entertainment for people when the band isn't playing.

We need to have a budget so that you know what you have to spend and so you don't go over and the event ends up flopping. The budget of 5000 will cover each section most of my budget will go on the entertainment and the staff. I am hoping to get some investors local to Brighton such as Brighton Albion and link up with the council so that we can get some funding. 
Food im hoping to not spend too much on as the venders will come in for free but we take a small % of their profit made.

Normally accompanied by a head chef and a manager that sorts out the kitchen.

It is important to have catering because if people are hungry they have somewhere to go to get food. It covers health and safety as people could become unwell if they don't eat.
