         <description><![CDATA[<div>refers to making learning visible to teachers guaranteeing clear identification of the characteristics that make a visible difference to student learning regarding achievement.  Visible also refers to every member of the school visibly knowing the impact that they have on the learning in the school.  Students learn they become their own teachers which is a core attribute to self regulation and love of learning. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>If the bar is set at zero, than 95% of intervention on achievement have impacted enough change to be considered positive.  John Hattie suggests an effect size of .40<br><br></div><div>Effect Size: useful methods that compares different intervention measures, to over time or between groups on a scale that allows multiple comparisons independent of the original test scoring across content and over time.<br><br></div><div>The practice of teaching is the major mind frames required by the school leaders or teachers and is the various phrases of the lesson interaction between teachers and students.<br><br></div>]]></description>
