It is time to become familiar with the Effective Learning Environment Observation Tool (ELEOT). We have visited a few classrooms over the past couple of weeks and wanted you all to be aware of the process. This is a tool for not only administrators, but for you as teachers to help recognize true student engagement. This tool has seven modules. We will discuss all modules over the next few weeks but wanted to introduce only one today which we feel is extremely important. Please get together as a grade level before the faculty meeting on Monday, watch the video and respond to the questions provided. If you decide to do this individually, that is okay as well. Please post your answers in the padlet. You will need to click on the plus (+) sign in the bottom right corner to post your answers.

Thanks!
Mrs. Blake & Mrs. Roberts
