A lot of content in media uses great emotional control or what we call "pathos" to persuade netizens to choose a side or to realize what they want, especially when the context is trending. When a certain topic or product goes trending, this will urge us to have it for us to feel belong.  There would be even people trying to fake their lifestyle and identity just to receive validation and appreciation from various people causing for them rely on their aspirations based on what they are expected to be.


That being said, Media already feels as if it is life-unhealthy; however, everything comes with bread and butter, and so is Media. I believe that only some people in this world dominated by digital technology would do such alarming actions; therefore to answer this question of whether media platforms are healthy or unhealthy it depends on how a person uses them. Personally, I can describe myself as a responsible digital netizen as I am the type of person who does not get swayed easily by fake news. I can identify what websites to rely upon, and I use those to be educated; therefore, the way I utilize it is healthy. But for those people who utilize media to spread false information, hate, or for ill purposes they must be educated about the consequences they hold because digital law is present to punish irresponsible netizens and should seek a way to find happiness in themselves without causing damage to the media.
