         <description><![CDATA[<p>maybe once a month going for a camp? or exercise</p><p>we can plan and prepare balanced meal in advance to make sure nourishment during busy study</p><p>exercise for 30 minutes at least 4 days a week</p><p> regularly exercise like atleast going for a walk everyday and having healthy nutritious diet with vitamins, minerals in it really helps a lot towards one's fitness.</p>]]></description>

We should be grateful for the life, the sun, the nature that gives us energy to life, the food that we eat, the place that we live in, the family who have supported us, and the friends with whom we share the joy.
