A sua constituição baseia-se numa <strong>base de ágar sangue</strong>, onde os glóbulos vermelhos são <strong>hemolisados</strong> (rompidos) por aquecimento suave, liberando fatores de crescimento essenciais como a hemina (fator X) e o NAD (fator V), que são cruciais para esses microrganismos.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p>]]></description>
