Me and my friends joined a soccer team and we had trouble at first with the team but, as time went on and really got to know everyone we finally started doing better together. We practiced more and more each day and did harder drills to help up throughout the games, we won most of our games and got us to tournaments. This had taught me show leadership because each one of us motivated one another and that's what got us to our goal so we succeeded together. I customized shoes this summer to get money. The reason I do this is because I don't want to work for someone else but myself and get money my own way. This shows service because i'm getting paid for something I choose to do and a customer would like me to do. I learned that I could do this myself without no one telling me anything I just sit, chill, and work on the shoes for as long as i want.
