Having said that, I think the best way to connect with other committees is though our Management Meeting, which during the height of the pandemic was very thorough, especially when feedback is being asked.  There's room for improvement though.  It would be good to have a meeting at least twice in a semester, specifically just to share experiences and challenges faced by each unit.
