Purpose: a commercial advertise of a anti flea product for dogs.

Literary devices: it have a paragraph that uses a methaphor about the fleas, that are the people that its walking in it "Get them off your dog." as a exaggeration of this.

Level of effectiveness: in my opinion the message its not so effective because guessing that its in a subway many people walk in it so the message it not so clear about having or not having fleas.
