         <description><![CDATA[<div>The Elected Supreme Leader (elected by the previous one) is the one who makes most of the decisions, but these must be approved by both the People's Senate and the Representative Chancelor, which were previously nominated by the Supreme Leader himself. In case of disagreement, the Supreme Leader has the power to dismiss the unfaithfuls in order to keep the political system healthy.</div>]]></description>

These distinctions make it easy to keep control over the population. Each class is taught to love their condition and not to seek for any more power. Each and everyone is useful and needs to be satisfied of his situation in order to preserve stability. </div>]]></description>

Any kind of faith is therefore prohibited. Getting caught practicing religious rituals is punished by death by fire. This method was inspired by the Spanish Inquisition way of dealing with heretics.</div>]]></description>

         <title>Department of Innovation and Economic Development:                                         Distribution of Wealth:</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Wealth is divided fairly between the individuals regarding of their needs. For instance. the plebs aren't receiving any subvention from the government as they are supposed to produce their own food. The other essential needs such as cloths and a chamber will be provided to them in return of loyal work for their country. The budget is then cut in two: 50% of it is divided among the scientists and invested in technological research, while the Supreme Leader can dispose of the other 50% at his will; it's a fair share considering all the weight he carries on his shoulders.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The education system has three levels: elementary school, specialization school and university. The first one is accessible by everyone. There, you are taught the basis of every subjects (grammar, mathematics, etc...). Then, if you are part of the populace, you go into a specialization school where you are taught how to master the job you were given at birth. Scientists and those who want a chance at being a member of the upper government go to university where they will learn advanced science and administration.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>With 50% of the annual budget being invested into the scientific community, technological progress has never gone so fast. At its apogee, the government had to halt progress because no one could follow. We estimate that the computing power was doubling every year. This led few years ago to a coup against the government staged by an AI. Since then, surveillance over the the computer science domain was increased tenfold.  <br><br>The medical research also reached a peak. Every disease was annihilated, highly increasing lifespan. The State had to impose a maximum lifetime to avoid overpopulation.  </div>]]></description>
