PointClickCare is a dynamic environment to advance your career while performing meaningful work with great people.<br><br>Position Summary:<br>Reporting to the Manager of Support Services, you will be part of the Corporate Technology Solutions (CTS) department, working in the Client Services team providing tier 1 technical support to the staff of PointClickCare, as well as working in the PointClickCare IT Bar. Responsibilities will include responding to user submitted cases as they enter the CTS support system, providing initial triage of user technology and software systems, working in the IT Bar at the PointClickCare headquarters and assisting other teams in the CTS department as required. Close team interaction and internal communications delivered with a high degree of customer service in a fast paced workplace will be daily requirements.<br><br>Key Responsibilities:<br>-Complete initial assessment and triage of all cases as they are submitted to the CTS department<br>-Ensure proper routing of cases to correct team within CTS department based on requested work or reported issue<br>-Help in deployment of standard configurations for desktop and laptop computers<br>-Setup and support of video conferencing software and equipment<br>-Removal of malware and viruses on user issued equipment<br>-Staffing, support and care of the IT Bar at the company headquarters<br>-Tracking, restocking and reporting for IT Vending services<br>-Working with Client Services trainer to provide training services to PointClickCare staff on IT systems and equipment<br>-Providing technical support to remote offices as well as playing a key role in the technical onboarding of new remote sites<br><br> <br>Required Experience: <br>-Experience within a professional services environment is considered an asset<br>-Experience working with Windows based systems, Apple OSX operating system, Microsoft Office and/or Office 365 considered an asset<br>-Ability to troubleshoot and repair hardware and software issues<br>-Solid experience with virus protection software an asset<br>-Positive attitude, excellent communications skills, and the ability to work in a fast paced and professional team based environment<br>-Strong customer service background<br>-Ability to follow directions and work collaboratively<br>-Ability to prioritize and execute on a dynamic list of objectives<br>-Strong verbal and written communication skills<br>-Team player who can work with minimal supervision<br>-Ability to work a flexible schedule, which sometimes may include evening and or weekend hours as needed<br>-Possibility of travel<br><br>Working at PointClickCare goes beyond the resume, because the work we perform makes a true difference in people's lives.
