James Karkup emphasises the importance of universal brotherhood in the poem 'No Men are Foriegn'. He says that all men have the same body and live on the same earth. The Poet uses the word 'uniforms' to depict the different religion, caste, etc. As we all are the same, when we betray a brother it is just like betraying ourselves. We understand that we humans have been destroying the earth through endless war and destruction. We are polluting the same air we all breathe. This poem reminds us that we all are equal in this world and shouldnt discriminate based on caste, religion and others

The poem is about how all human beings are the same. It shows the universal brotherhood. The poet say that we share the small land, water , food , pain ect...

And if we look closely we will see the same lines on their hands just like our hand has .

Therefore wars taking place in the name of caste , class , country must be stopped as we are betraying and killing our own kind and we should remember that we all are the same .

Deep down we're all the same.we eat, sleep and fell pain just like everyone else.
