In my work place, the formative could be used for improving the working enthusiastic and the effectiveness since the team could evaluate my management result and the company's progressive. And also I could give them my formative assessment for their working progressive. Very open platform to communicate within the company. And also this platform is an ideal tool for my platform students to monitoring their homework finishing procedure and find their learning strangeness and weakness.

Formative can be used in higher ed as a collaborative tool. Faculty can share ideas and us it in meetinsg. Also, faculty can use during their classes to share with students immediate feedback on what was discussed during a lesson. It can also be used for self and peer assessment.

I can see using this in my workplace. I can introduce it at my PLC meetings and have teachers answer questions about how it feels to complete benchmarks, etc.

I can also use it with my students. Students can use it for exit ticket or for a short quiz. It provides instant feedback and in real time so I can help those students that need. Our school is pushing data walls so I could use it for my data wall :D

I could definitely use this in the business world. Especially with sales people and how they're explaining digital and advertising elements to their clients. Instant feedback would be great so I can really assess if they're paying attention in training sessions!

I would use it for having students respond to multiple choice questions about a reading/poem, something that I wanted to assess quickly.

Great for quick assessment at start, mid, end of lesson. Lots of choices for ways to assess students or teachers if used during PD :)
