1. We can strengthen our spiritual immune system by always praying. We should always have faith in the Lord and always seeking His guidance, wisdom and strength. He will guide us on our choices. We will know what is right and wrong and avoid temptations. Serving others will also be a great help because there will be blessing in serving.

2. I can feel God’s grace EVERYDAY. Just waking up every morning is a grace from God. I consider everything around me as God’s grace. Even the challenging experiences I face because this will make me feel God’s love and mercy more.

3. I realized that God is indeed GOOD! His love is amazing that He offered His only Son Jesus for us to be saved. We should also respond by making our spiritual health strong but we cannot do it alone. We should always seek God’s guidance and live a life not only for ourselves but for others too. We cannot match what Jesus did on the cross but the least thing we can do is to love God and others. Life is a choice and we must choose wisely. Simple acts of kindness matter.

1. Spending time with friends and family can help to fortify your spiritual immune system. In addition to assisting others with their problems. And never lose faith in God, even in the darkest of times.

2. My cousins and I grew up in the same house. My cousins lived on the first floor, while I lived on the second. I was only four years old when I first saw her three dogs. And I'd always see her dogs through their front gate before we left for school. Since then, I've been pleading with my parents to get me a dog. But they always said no because we don't have enough space for a dog. As a result, every night I pray to God for a dog. And when I was in fourth grade, my father announced that we would be purchasing a puppy as a gift for my school award.

3. I realize that just because our prayers were not answered does not mean that God is not listening because he has other plans for you. Like me, I never gave up on praying and believing that God could provide me with a dog. So, I'd just like to tell anyone reading this that patience is sometimes all that is needed for your prayers or wishes to be answered and that you should never give up hope that they will come true.

1. We can nourish our spiritual immune system through praying and trusting God continuously. We should always connect and speak to attain a good life with Him, guiding us. Putting our faith in God can help us understand the world, the people around, and ourselves. Another way is to serve Him and others without anything in exchange.

2. I am blessed by God every moment of my life. I know that He is here with me and is giving me courage and strength to face the different challenges of life. He teaches me to not be selfish and share my blessings with others. There is no reason to give up because He is here, keeping me tough. And with that, I should also support the people around for their good doings.

3. The topic of this recollection is meaningful and left me emotional. I remember many things from the past that reminds me that I should have done better. But it is not something I can change anymore, things were already done and lost. However, I can improve myself and apply these teachings in my life which I can also share to others to not make the same mistake. I must continue to believe in God and what His plan ahead of me.

I.
1. I can strengthen my "SPIRITUAL (Immune) SYSTEM" by praying to God and being kind and helpful to others. Believing and trusting Him because He knows what is best for us and God has a purpose for us. Lastly, obeying God and His commandments because we can learn more about Him and the true meaning of happiness.

2. My father left us when I was just a toddler. As I grew older, I always felt unwanted because of the situation, resulting to lost of focus on my studies. I prayed to God for help and guidance. Luckily, my grandfather was there to take care of us and raise me as if I was his daughter. Every night before going to sleep, I thank and pray to God for blessing me with a loving and caring family.

3. This recollection helped me realize that God is always there, ready to help us in times of need. He loves us and He has a plan for us. I also learned that every suffering we experience is a part of life and as we are able to endure these sufferings, we become triumphant.

Trusting the lord helps you memorize that you are a kind person and spread kindness to others.
2. When my mother was in the hospital, I prayed harder so she can be well again. My older sister went to school while I stayed in the hospital because I care about my mother and I don't wanna lose her. Then I feel God's grace to me. God sees me that I prayed harder for my mom to be well. She was well again and I was happy that God healed her. I'm thanking God that he sees me praying for my mother.
3.

1. We can empower our spiritual immune system by exposing ourselves more to God. If we pray and talk to God everyday and no matter what situation we are in we can build our faith in Him. He will guide us in our daily lives and will help us in making decisions between right and wrong. Sharing our blessings and serving others can also help in strengthening our spiritual immune system.

2. God's grace is with us everywhere, anywhere, anytime and whatever situation we are in. We might not always feel it and sometimes we might feel too overwhelmed that we might forget that good is guiding us. One example of God's grace in my life was this afternoon where our teacher in filipino said that our performance task will no longer be live and will be recorded and the deadline will also be moved. I was very relieved because we have more freedom to add more to our performance and we can do better to achieve more for our performance

3. I realized that life is not straight road but a long windy path filled with holes, slippery puddles, and prickly branches blocking our way. We should always come out of a situation as a better version of ourselves. Even though progress is slow there is always light at the end of the tunnel and we should always have faith in ourselves, those around us, and in God.

1. We may all build our spiritual immune systems by consistently putting our faith in God and praying to him on a regular basis. Sharing our blessings with others may also be a means. Always be kind to everyone no matter who they are or where they are, but do not expect anything in return.

2. I couldn't say anything since I knew the Lord's grace is always with me. I know that his grace is always with me, no matter where I am or what I do. I put all of my trust in him, therefore I have no right to doubt him.

3. During this recollection, I learned that one of the the main purposes of our existence is to share what we have and to always have strong faith in God. Someone once told me, "Kung may kaya ka, edi magbigay ka, kahit konti. There is nothing wrong with sharing what you have," and those words have resonated with me. So whenever I see someone in need, I try to assist in any way I can. I've also learnt to appreciate life and live it to the fullest while we're still around. Every moment, whether pleasant or sorrowful, should be treasured and kept as a lesson or memory.

1. We may build our spiritual immune systems by having continuous faith in God and also praying, not only because we need something, but because of needing and want to communicate with Him. Along with this, helping or assisting others with their problems whether it is on schoolwork or household chores.

2. I experienced God's Grace every day but especially in our hard and dark times. An example of this was when we got exposed to our relatives who had Covid-19. Although we aren't sure if we had the virus, we still wore masks inside the house, were socially distanced, and we stayed healthy by eating fruits and vegetables. Me and my family prayed the rosary every day that our relative who had the virus, to be healed and for us to graduate soon from social distancing and wearing masks. We spent Christmas like this. And for me, it was the hardest time because we didn't get to do what we normally do during Christmas. We couldn't be near each other or even hug. And by the new year, we graduated from these practices, wearing face masks and social distancing in the house. There, I felt God's Grace.

3. I realized that when we ask for something in prayer, and God doesn't approve of it, doesn't mean that He loves us less and He does not listen to us. It may be because He knew, that if He approved of that thing, it would only hurt us. He just wants what is best for us and that He has better plans.
