         <description><![CDATA[<div>4. The force that you produce, the angle that you hit it, and the weight of the ball. The force that is exerts onto the ball could either maximise or minimise your shot depending of the strength of the founding force producer. This could be the same with the angle of your shot as if you hit it at an unsuccessfully height or on a uneven part of the bat then there could be a possibility of minimising the success of your shot. The weight of the ball could also maximise/minimise the baseball shot as the higher the mass the more force it should produce and therefore the further it would move, but whithin this it is harder to tansfer the force.</div>]]></description>

In baseball you should have a side on stance and starting from you feet and building up through your Gastrocnemius through your hamstrings and quads, producing more force through the rotation of the pelvis. This rises up to your trapezius and deltoids releasing the pressure out through your fingers and through the bat. This force produced with the right stance can be the make or break of the shot.
