         <description><![CDATA[<div>Chicago community-based RJ facilitators will lead the FSM staff community in facilitated conversations, utilizing circle keeping. They will also train a cohort of staff in circle keeping and RJ. The intention is to integrate healing practices into programs, staff meetings and community events. We will do this in collaboration with Full Spectrum Features who will be doing similar work at their org. This is funded through a racial healing grant through Chicago Community trust. </div>]]></description>
