They carry their baby, also called a calf, for about 11 months. A pod of 2000 humpback whales travel from Alaska to Hawaii during the winter months (November to May). Almost 6000 miles, one of the largest migration distances of any species. Their life span is very different for the barking tree fogs they life for 7 years but the highest is 12.5 years. Tigers will stalk and pounce on their prey, one they've captured it they will snap their spinal cord or bite down on the underside of their throat until they stop breathing. During feeding large volumes of water and food can be taken into a whales mouth.
