The manual will serve to support not just our academy but our training arm as well. 

We have already decided to provide courses in a blended format as this will serve our clients best. The manual will now provide us with a standardised approach to course design and content creation.

RECOMMENDATION
To consider providing the manuals content in a variety of formats. This is print...additionally we should have video, audio and enriched graphics. This manual would be a great handy resource for both trained/experienced and new Higher Ed. faculty.

We can offer small parts of the manual as hands on sessions through Digital Bootcamp forum. Then the faculty can later use manual as a reference.

We can also place the manual on VLE for instructor's reference.

The structure of the manual is very helpful for people at different phases in terms of experience.

Medical college faculty in Dar majority are from traditional teaching and learning set up and as such the placement of the manual will act as helpful resource for quick referencing. Definitely a hands on session will be required to induct the faculty onto online course and content creation.
