This can be a touchy subject because our classrooms will be diverse. This sources tells me that it is important to find stories they can relate to, use primary sources and teach things that may be hard to address. I would use these resources on Middle school aged students because they are to have a better understanding of what's being talked about.

I chose this because I am African Americana and if i do teach in a predominantly white school I want to know the correct way to approach certain things so the students or I won't be offended. These strategies can be used as early as Kindergarten. I always go by the saying "Train up a child in the way he should go". The earlier you instill these things in a child it will become natural.

I chose this because it explains various ways to incorporate talking about religion in field trips and how to train students to  talk about it the correct way in the classroom I would use these resources with high school students because they would have a better understanding on being more open to learning about different religions.

I chose this because I remember when going in school teen girls were typically going through a lot of emotions they are trying to figure out who they are who they want to be. This resources talks about how to fight stereotypes, spur conversations and build leadership in teen girls. When it comes to young girls it's important for them to learn how to create healthy relationships and be comfortable in their skin. I would use these resources on middle school - high school girls.

So, its important to make sure no one is getting offended and everyone is being treated equally. It's important to recognize our own biases, try to stay away from gendered nick names and accept all gender identities. I would use these strategies with middle school - high school students.

But, in our society today they are often stigmatized, encountering physical barrier both in school and their daily lives. knowing the correct way to approach a student with disabilities is very important. I would use these strategies with students that are in elementary - middle school.
