It costs one unit of resources to fix a problem at creation (prevention); it costs 10 units to fix a problem when it’s found in quality control stage (correction) and it costs 100 units to fix a problem after the product received by customer (failure). In UHT milk production, we offer a unique Tetra Pak packaging with a holder. It ease customer to carry and prevent the product from drop onto the ground. The cost for additional packaging holder only takes $1. Then, less efficiency handling operation will cost $10. Later, customer complaining for non-convenient product’s packaging will cost $100 (100 words).
