You somehow fill your inner motivation to help and do things without force and receiving the reward implemented in the work. As an example, there is a team building that you need to participate. As the time passes the enjoyment while doing and helping one another motivates you to continue what you are doing. Seeing them happy and thankful for what've you done fills your motivation.

Intrinsic and Extrinsic Motivation are related to each other. Intrinsic motivation is a higher type of motivation wherein it is influenced by an extrinsic motivation. In the diagram, the person under the mountain experienced an extrinsic motivation. He achieved his goals and he is contented. He doesn't want to go out of his comfort zone so he refrain by taking another step. The other one where there are two people also experience extrinsic motivation. They try to engage with other people because they want to hear compliments from them. They are driven by other's words and gratitude that's why they keep on going, yet, they are contented and also stopped on reaching better heights. The other girl who is going up on the mountain wants to reach the top. She is using what she learned and trying to develop it. She wants to have a better goal in life. Lastly, the man who is on the top of the mountain has intrinsic motivation. Going up the mountain is very tiring and troublesome, yet he didn't give up because he wanted it for himself. He wants to experience something that he will forever be proud of.

For better example, in classes, we are taught for us to have knowledge. When we understand the lesson in our mathematics class and we are contented on it, we are likely the man who's under the mountain. We have the knowledge and energy to develop our learnings but we are afraid to take another step because we might end up having difficulties during the process.

Next is when we try to develop it and we seek for the teacher's advice we are experiencing the feelings the two people on the mountains. We engage on something to gain someone's compliments and attention. We want other's validation that's why we try to keep on going.

After that is when we try to develop the learnings we got from the class and from the teacher's advice. We are like the girl who keep on climbing the mountain to reach the top. We try to grow and take matters to our own hands and continue on reaching for our better goal.

Lastly, when we are able to learn and understand everything, we now experienced intrinsic motivation. It is hard to learn and govern yourself at the same time, yet, you still continue to learn much more things. This is where we will feel self-satisfaction and we will be proud of ourselves.

Like for instance, if yung an instill sa bata is extrinsic motivation like na cocompare sya sa iba or sa pagbibigay ng mga gifts which is tangible and as we go older we tend to seek attention to other people so don po papasok yung susunod na stage and then as we face different obstacles mas nagging knowledgeable tayo , we were able to discern right from wrong yun na yung one step closer sa intrinsic motivation wherein gusto mo nang mag grow kaya gumagawa ka ng paraan para madiligan ka and as you reach the top, don mo ma coconclude na this is not the end but the start of me being an intrinsic person.

Extrinsic and Intrinsic are both related to each other because it evolves in a way of being instrumental to self-actualization. At first, a person is only focusing instrumental by that it will go to social were he/she will have communication to others while having communication to others, he/she will be having achievements after having achievement they will have a self-actualization. By that, a person can be intrinsic motivated in going thru also extrinsic motivation.

There are two types of motivation: Intrinsic and Extrinsic motivation. How are these two connected to each other? These two types of motivation are found in a continuum. This continuum is a progression from being extrinsic to intrinsic. Just like in Maslow's hierarchy of needs, in the continuum of motivation, self-actualization is found in the highest part, which means that self-actualization is what makes a person intrinsic. On the other hand, the lowest part of the continuum is instrumental, which means that a person is working to achieve a tangible item, or an item that one can touch. This implies that motivation is about progression. You can't achieve intrinsic motivation immediately. The same applies to Maslow's hierarchy of needs. You won't be able to achieve or you'll have a hard time achieving or progressing to higher part without achieving the lower part.

In the hierarchy of motivation there is the highest part of motivation which is self actualization and there are things below it which means they are the bridge or process to achieve the above them all, Self-actualization. The intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation has an invisible bridge connecting them, connecting the temporary and permanent motivation of a human.

Noong toddler pa lamang tayo, ginusto na natin maging princess at prinsipe para mag hari, Para bigyan ng madaming reggalo ang pamilya. in that sense, we were influenced already by outside source and chose/chooses to in/directly serve them as well.

By having extrinsic motivation, we learn its disadvantages and realize that we are selfish by nature. We want to feel validated but that too, also becomes tiring or old in our boosted expectations. Then, where else can we get motivation to move forward? It, of course, comes within ourselves. There are no better ally (and enemy) other than your own mindset. So, we gain motivation for our own sake. By doing so, we realize our worth and develops an improvised (but likely greater) wall to protect ourselves from naivety and blind follower if temporary satisfaction.
